It is getting easier to figure out a good company to work for thanks to the American Opportunity Index.  And it is important to your career according to the American Opportunity Index. But a Lesbian+ and Queer Friendly company? A company that takes diversity as well as belonging equally important.  Let’s face it, you are looking for a queer, multicultural community that really welcomes you. That takes a whole more digging.

But face it, if you are a Lesbian+ or Queer Woman, would you go work at Donald Trump’s TruthSocial?  Clerk for this Supreme Court?  Work for Fox TV?  Take a job at Meta? The obvious companies are easy but the Fortune 500 and other companies might be a harder to figure out. 

This list is using the info that the American Opportunity list, Glass Door, InHerSights, Fortune, and a lot of interviews with Lesbians+ and Queer Women as well as other Lesbian sources to come up with the Top 30 Lesbian Companies to work for.
