“I Don’t Do Art”—But Here’s Your Sketchbook, Donald

Trump’s secret doodles, a WSJ exposé, and a lawsuit the size of the moon.

Let’s set the stage:
Donald Trump, facing fresh scrutiny over the Epstein files, went on record denying involvement in any related artwork.

“I don’t do art,” he insisted.

But plot twist: art attributed to Trump—signed sketches, doodles, and eerie figure studies—do exist. And now, he’s suing The Wall Street Journal for $10 billion for saying otherwise.

Wait…what?

What’s This $10 Billion Lawsuit About?

Trump launched a massive libel lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal after they ran a story suggesting he may have contributed artwork found in Epstein’s Palm Beach properties—or was more intimately tied to the “art circle” than he let on.  The Wall Street Journal (WSJ)  story suggesting he had sent a hand-drawn picture of a naked woman to the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday celebration with the words: “Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret.” Last week, he launched a $10bn lawsuit over this “fake” artwork in question.

The lawsuit claims:

  • The WSJ defamed him by implying he had artistic ties to Epstein’s estate and social circle.

  • Trump’s legal team calls it a “political hit job” designed to harm his 2024 campaign.

  • They’re demanding $10 billion in damages—that’s billion with a B—claiming reputational harm, loss of brand value, and emotional distress.

Let’s pause. Emotional distress… from being called an artist?

So About That “Not Art”…

Despite his denials, examples of Trump’s art (yes, real art) have surfaced over the years:

  • A black-and-white NYC skyline sketch he signed and auctioned for charity.

  • A stylized drawing of the Empire State Building, authenticated and sold at Julien’s Auctions.

  • Several sketches reportedly gifted to friends, donors, and socialites in the 90s and early 2000s.

Some of those works bear striking resemblance to what Epstein kept in his collection—including in a guest book signed by “D.T.” next to a quick pen drawing.

Trump says they’re fake. But they’ve got provenance, baby.

Energy Doesn’t Lie—Even When the Artist Does

This lawsuit isn’t really about drawings. It’s about identity, power, and truth.
When someone screams “fake news” but also has their signature on the canvas, we’re not just dealing with politics—we’re dealing with misalignment.

And in the Law of Attraction, that’s loud.

If you say you’re one thing, but you create something else, the universe eventually drags it all into the light. Usually with legal paperwork. The Brush Strokes Don’t Match the Bluster.
